The 2009 Country Music Awards: Three Hours of Diplomacy and That Many Hours Closer to Launching the Prison, Poverty & Perish Methodology

and Exceptionally Prolific Partner, Sweeps the Event

The country music industry continued to demonstrate its commitment to coalition objectives – one that dates back to April 2005 – during its gala award ceremony on November 11, 2009. 

     

 

The 2009 event was just as intended to be geo-politicized as previous industry award shows: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.  The only difference this year was the fact there are now more coalition partners in all the genres than ever before.  

 

As with all award broadcasts, the CMA stage was designed and constructed to embed the prison certainty pattern.  And lighting during important moments, like when Taylor Swift won the most prestigious ‘Entertainer of the Year’ award, shifted to the lexiconic colors of China.   That was arranged because she’s not only exceptionally prolific* and become the most Geo Award celebrated partner, but also, as a result of this coveted title, is now a “supra-mega-ultra-uber-supernova amongst superstars”.

Taylor being the absolute center of the universe before, during and after the award ceremony used that spotlight of adoration to best coalition advantage.  For the red carpet she looked like a goddess, choosing prison certainty and Presidential quantum:   

 

 

 

For her performance of ‘Fifteen’, the music video of which was heavily geo-politicized, she chose the color of justice and is captured executing a Beckinsale-Clinton Maneuver:

When she was interviewed by ‘Access Hollywood’ right after the event, co-host of the entertainment news show, Nancy O’Dell, used the lexicon to underscore how “excited” she was about Taylor receiving the award:

 

Taylor:            [1:46: Branson-Diaz M.] You know it was the most exciting moment [Nancy: Diaz M.] I can remember.  So unexpected and such an honor.

Nancy:             The country music world - obviously the show of support and love for you, how did that feel when you saw how much they were behind you?

 

Taylor:            You know, country music has been such an amazing presence in my life.  It's been everything to me since I was a little kid.  Being a fan of country music and then actually being embraced by country music has been wonderful. When you have bad days, having my favorite people in the world have my back, it's been really wonderful.

Her coalition partner and most appreciative fan north of the 49th Parallel, for whom she’s been helping achieve his personal and professional goals, sent her an e-mail just prior to the broadcast predicting she’d be the recipient of the most coveted award in the industry:

 

Our coalition partners and I can only hope that industry voters have been to some significant extent positively influenced by your status in the partnership as our ‘uber-supernova amongst superstars’ who’s become the most Geo Award celebrated member because of the prolific and extraordinarily creative way you composed your musical products to advance our interests and objectives viz. democracy, rule of law, human rights and in a secure, peaceful and prosperous world.  

 

And then there are the fans!!!  Your big concerts sold out in mere minutes – all of them full to capacity.  And you performed at Madison Square Gardens.   

 

And who can downplay or ignore those incredible protracted ovations at every stop on the tour?* -- those seemingly never-ending moments when the auditorium thundered to the rafters; fans delivering a love of everything Taylor Swift everywhere you went.  I think that is the first time industry voters saw that over and over and over and over and over!!!

And then there is that incredibly creative song set – so many super hits.  And then there's that innovative stage.  And then there are the brilliant wardrobes, choreography and visuals that emerged from your dreams and unsurpassed well of creativity.  When all properly considered they are each and collectively unique to the genre.  You single-handedly took the industry into a whole new realm of entertainment. 

 

And then there is your tooling new technologies to promote, market and stay in touch with your fans, like video blogs, MySpace and Twitter.  And then there are your meet-and-greets, which you embraced to the point of ensuring all your fans got access; and that made them even more attached to country music.   

 

And then there are all the record sales and chart performance records and achievements and awards in 2009, esp. the BMI.  And then there are your Australian and British receptions.   And then there are all the millions of new young fans you brought to the genre.    

 

Who, when all this is comprehended fairly and appropriately, comes close?
